Business Intent:
There are four elements of strategic/operational support we have the capability to conduct. Our activities are directed at QMS related requirements and Organizational "influence" (improvement/change resilience), the subtle mastery and professionalism comes from experience, expertise, and time (the why). Any of these activities can be utilized progressively (beginning to end), or asymmetrically (at any time or repeated).
Observation:
Any and all activities related to identifying, selecting and utilizing techniques to provide awareness and comparison of current working features within selected area (s) against specific criteria.
Recommendation:
Professional analysis of information collected during any "observation" activities (past or present/external or internal) with the purpose of recommending functional actions based on defined criteria and organizational heading.
Develop:
Integrating the internal objectives of the organization with our professional capabilities to clarify, affirm, and develop the practical means or methods with which the organization achieves the goals and requirements being measured against.
Implementation:
Activities intended to assist or support the working efforts of the organization by putting into practice improvements or newly developed activities (methods, techniques, tactics).
